I’m making a lot of progress in opening the online store. Currently, I’m looking into shipping boxes but also padded envelopes. I’m leaning more toward boxes due to the protection that they offer compared to envelopes. I like the idea of this company called Boox due to its reusable containers and I’ve emailed them to see if I can find out more about so I’m looking forward to seeing what they offer.
The only downfall to any shipping boy is added shipping cost of boxes. Which leads to shipping. I think I will go with USPS to ship due to media mail being cheaper on shipping as a whole. The only downfall to this is the extra days it can take to reach its destination. I believe they give a window of 7-10 days, which will be disclosed to the buyer.
Overall, the storefront is set up but there are little things to consider to make the books affordable for readers. I am going to be doing some polls on IG this weekend so stay tuned if you’re on there because the input is needed.
