The break has been much needed and I’ve been hard at work with research, planning, and meetings. On top of that, I’m almost finished with my WIP. It’s been the most I’ve written in one span in months and it feels amazing.
Life as a part-time author is crazy, to say the least. There are times when we spend so much time working on things like promoting the books that we forget about the writing bit. I’ve spent more time lately planning and posting on social media than writing so it was a nice change of pace to write.
I’ve been somewhat cryptic in why I’m taking a break and all will be revealed in time. My goal for this revelation of what I’ve been up to is going to be around September/October of this year. I’ll keep everyone posted as we progress.
