Where Have I Been?
If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been lately, you’re not alone. I work full-time in education, and while summer is always busy, the period from August through November is my absolute peak season. Between new students, training, prepping resources, and the general chaos of the school year, my schedule becomes almost impossible to juggle with content creation.
But the real curveball? Earlier this year, my PC began showing signs of failing. I replaced a few parts and hoped it would buy me time, but by mid-summer, even simple tasks took forever. Recording, editing, and exporting were painfully slow, and one of my recent YouTube videos took nearly 12 hours to record, edit, and upload. I knew it was time for an upgrade.
My previous computer was partially funded by my second job, which I no longer have. As a result, I’ve been saving for a new system for close to two years. When the PC started giving its “final warning” signs back in June, I just wasn’t financially ready to build. So I waited. I saved. And last week… THE BEAST was born.
A brand-new computer built to finally handle my editing workflow, video production, and everything else that comes with running a YouTube channel and more. With the new PC up and running, I’m finally able to get back into a realistic content schedule. No more 12-hour editing nightmares. No more missing uploads because my computer decided to freeze or crash. I’m excited to create more consistently and improve my production quality as we move toward the new year.

Author Spotlight: Vashti Quiroz-Vega
One of my favorite subjects to dive into is the world of religion and belief systems, both ancient and modern. The way different cultures have shaped their understanding of the divine has always fascinated me, especially when you start to notice the surprising threads they share. With that passion in mind, diving into a series like the Fantasy Angels Series felt not just natural but inevitable.
The Fall of Lilith is the first book in the series, and it’s an absolute must-read for any fantasy lover. The worldbuilding is rich, the angels are powerful and compelling, and the battles are nothing short of epic. Lilith herself is a standout—complex, bold, and unforgettable. One of my favorite moments takes place in the forest, a scene so vivid and unique that it’s stayed with me long after finishing the book.
